I am beyond excited, I absolutely love the World Cup. My country is the home of football and during the big tournaments there is no better place to be than right here. Unless you've got a ticket to the actual game of course.

Oh lord. When does this start?
All my life I have been plagued by soccer. EVERY neighbourhood that I have ever lived in goes insane during the World Cup. Honking Honking Honking car horns. When I was living in a Brazilian hood, I couldn't get home because there were vegas style show girls dancing at the end of my street.
During the last soccer fiasco I decided that because everyone and their Mom was waving a national flag, I would put out mine which was a skull and cross bones right out the front window. Got evil stares from the Italian nonas thinking I was the devil.
Yep, nice draw. I'm actually considering decamping from Spain when the tournament is on. Although I may refrain from the flag on the face bit.
